Hanover Park leases full 10th floor at 387 Park Avenue South

The AI-driven fund administrator took 19,269 square feet at the NoMad property, its fifth office move in two years, after listing its previous address as 115 East 23rd Street.

Commercial Observer reports that AI-driven fund administrator Hanover Park is relocating its headquarters to TF Cornerstone’s 387 Park Avenue South in NoMad.

Hanover Park signed a lease for the entire 10th floor totaling 19,269 square feet, a move that the company described as its fifth office relocation in two years. Its prior office address is listed on its website as 115 East 23rd Street.

TF Cornerstone did not immediately share the asking rent or lease term, but the article cites CBRE data showing an average asking rent of $85.73 per square foot for office space in Midtown South in the second quarter of 2026.

Commercial Observer also notes that TF Cornerstone said existing tenants are expanding there and new companies are locating in the area, while negotiations for the landlord were handled by Cushman & Wakefield’s Ethan Silverstein. The building’s broader leasing activity cited by TF Cornerstone includes a May expansion by marketing firm PMG Worldwide, which increased its footprint to 38,744 square feet.

The article adds that it was unclear who represented Hanover Park in the transaction and that TF Cornerstone said one full floor at the property is expected to become available this fall.
