RT Specialty promotes Greg Provenzo to London markets director role

Provenzo will oversee RT Binding Authority’s London Markets commercial business, focusing on syndicate and carrier relationships and delegated authority underwriting strategies.

RT Specialty, a wholesale distributor of specialty insurance products and services and the wholesale broking specialty of Ryan Specialty, promoted Greg Provenzo to Director, London Markets and Delegated Authority.

In his new role with RT Binding Authority’s London Markets commercial business, Provenzo will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, including driving profitable growth by managing syndicate and carrier relationships, refining underwriting strategies, and guiding delegated authority portfolios.

RT Specialty said Provenzo brings more than two decades of London Market underwriting and broking experience, with knowledge of Lloyd’s of London syndicates and delegated authority business, and a track record managing large-scale commercial portfolios.

The company also said Provenzo previously served as President of the RT Richmond office, a role he will relinquish to Dave Adcock, and it quoted CEO Seth Johnson on Provenzo’s role in expanding the RT relationship with London and bridging production teams with London markets.
