Shiprocket IPO targets ₹92 to ₹97, with grey market gains near 31%

The IPO’s grey market premium, which has ranged from ₹14 to ₹30 over the past seven sessions, implied an estimated listing price of about ₹127 versus the ₹97 upper band.

Shiprocket has set its IPO price band at ₹92 to ₹97 per share, with subscriptions running from 12 August to 14 August, according to LiveMint Markets. The company’s grey market premium has been trending upward, with today’s GMP indicating a roughly 30.9% premium to the upper end of the offer price.

Based on grey market activity over the past seven sessions, experts cited by LiveMint Markets said the GMP has ranged between ₹14 and ₹30. Using the current premium and the upper price, shares were estimated at about ₹127, which is around 30.93% higher than the ₹97 upper-band level.

LiveMint Markets also said the issue reserves 75% for qualified institutional buyers, 15% for non-institutional investors, and 10% for retail investors. The allotment basis is expected to be finalized on 17 August, with shares scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on 19 August 2026.

For retail investors, the minimum investment at the upper end is ₹14,938 with a minimum bid of 154 shares, LiveMint Markets said. The outlet added that while Shiprocket is loss-making, cash flow from operations turned positive to ₹52.6 crore in FY26, and it plans to use around ₹210 crore of fresh issue proceeds toward de...
