SRS sells San Dimas Commerce Center in $41 million transaction

The 19-building light industrial park totals about 179,345 square feet and was 90% occupied at the time of sale.

SRS Real Estate Partners arranged the sale of San Dimas Commerce Center, a light industrial park in San Dimas, California, for $41 million, according to ConnectCRE.

The property is located at 410-490 W. Arrow Hwy and spans 10.54 acres, with a total size of approximately 179,345 square feet across 19 buildings.

At the time of the transaction, the park was 90% occupied and leased to more than 70 local and regional businesses, including several long-term occupants.

ConnectCRE also said VP Dave Faris and EVP and senior managing principal Richard Schwartz represented the seller, San Dimas BP LLC, while the buyer was described as an institutional investor with a national presence. Faris said the deal reflects demand for infill small-bay industrial product, and that the asset offers flexibility for institutional investors to sell individual buildings to owner-users.
