SF Reit distributable income drops 7.3% in first half

Interim distribution fell to 12.15 HK cents per unit from 13.11 HK cents a year earlier, even as the payout ratio stayed at 90%.

SF Reit said its distributable income fell 7.3% year on year to HK$110.7 million (US$14.11 million) in the first half of 2026, according to an exchange filing reported by SCMP Economy.

The Hong Kong focused logistics REIT, controlled by Chinese logistics group SF Holding, posted total revenue of HK$219.3 million for the first six months, down 4.6% from a year earlier. Net property income also declined, falling 7.1% to HK$178.4 million.

The weaker results drove the interim distribution lower to 12.15 HK cents per unit, compared with 13.11 HK cents a year earlier. SCMP Economy noted the company said its payout ratio remained unchanged at 90%.

In a statement, the company said Hong Kong’s logistics property market is moving from an adjustment period to stabilisation, supported by a recovery in trade activity and broader economic confidence.
