Skender completes 83,000-square-foot HQ buildout for HSAM in Chicago

Skender has completed an 83,000-square-foot buildout for Harrison Street Asset Management's (HSAM) headquarters at The Fulton, 919 W. Fulton Market in Chicago, according to ConnectCRE.

HSAM is relocating from its prior location at 444 W. Lake Street, and the new three-floor space is designed to provide a more flexible and functional work environment.

ConnectCRE also reports that Skender served as the base building general contractor for the full 535,000-square-foot development, which includes prominent office tenants plus Gibson's Steakhouse and Equinox Fitness.

The outlet said the property is the only Class A office building to break ground in Chicago since 2023.
