HBK CPAs signs lease for 7,168 sq. ft. at Hunt Valley complex
The Baltimore regional office relocation brings 15 employees to Executive Plaza in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
HBK CPAs & Consultants has signed a lease with Hill Management Services, Inc. for 7,168 square feet of space at the Executive Plaza complex in Hunt Valley, Maryland, ConnectCRE reports.
The firm also relocated its Baltimore regional office to the new location with 15 employees. Hill Management Services’ Danielle Bridge represented the landlord, while Clare Berrang of Singer Demareck Real Estate handled negotiations for the tenant.
Youngstown, Ohio-based HBK entered the Baltimore market following its acquisition of McLean, Koehler, Sparks & Hammond late last year. Executive Plaza, located at 11350 McCormick Road, comprises four office towers with 550,000 square feet of commercial office space.
ConnectCRE notes that the complex’s location within a business community is intended to support service to existing customers and to help professional services firms like HBK pursue new client opportunities.
