Marcus & Millichap arranges sale of mixed-use property in Westfield

The transaction covers a 17,831-square-foot, three-story building with nine suites, renovated in 2014, and priced at $5,260,000.

Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale of 251 North Ave. W., a mixed-use property in Westfield, New Jersey, for $5,260,000, ConnectCRE reported.

The firm exclusively marketed the asset on behalf of the seller and procured the private buyer, according to the deal description. Alan Cafiero, David Cafiero, and Damien Rance handled the transaction.

ConnectCRE said the property totals 17,831 square feet across three stories on a 0.18-acre lot, with direct access to municipal commuter parking.

The rent roll includes nine suites and a tenant mix that features Columbia Bank, Edward Jones, the State of New Jersey, BAYADA Home Health Care, and Rooster Spin, and the building was renovated in 2014, per ConnectCRE.
