Corpay Cross-Border signs 11-year lease for 560 Lexington HQ move
The firm plans to relocate this fall from 300 Park Avenue, taking 17,778 square feet on the building’s 17th floor.
Commercial Observer reports that Corpay Cross-Border Solutions, the international payments and currency risk management business operating under Corpay, has signed an 11-year lease for 17,778 square feet at Rudin’s 560 Lexington Avenue in Manhattan.
The company plans to move this fall from Tishman Speyer’s 300 Park Avenue into a prebuilt office that occupies the entire 17th floor of the 22-story building.
Rudin says the 380,000-square-foot property has logged more than 91,000 square feet of leasing activity over the past six months, including arrivals such as Marex, SummitTX, and Industrious.
Rudin vice president of office leasing Kevin Daly said the deal reflects the landlord’s recent portfolio investments, which helped minimize modifications and support Corpay Cross-Border’s accelerated move-in timeline.
