Indico Data partners with HDI Global US to streamline casualty intake
The partnership initially targets US casualty workflows, including general liability, excess, and construction submissions.
Indico Data, an intake and orchestration platform for insurance operations, announced a partnership with HDI Global US to streamline how complex corporate and specialty insurance work enters and moves through HDI’s enterprise. The companies said the initial focus is on casualty workflows in the US, including general liability, excess, and construction. Indico’s platform is intended to ingest, enrich, validate, route, and orchestrate insurance work across geographies, lines of business, and operating models.
HDI Global US linked the effort to its Xcelerate29 strategy, saying modernization of intake is meant to help scale complex corporate and specialty insurance operations while maintaining quality, speed, and control. HDI also said the approach should improve visibility and consistency in operational execution.
Indico Data positioned the deal as a modernization step at the start of the process, saying insurance modernization depends on how submissions are captured and moved to the teams and systems that handle them. Coverager reports the partnership is designed to support HDI’s broader effort to build a more scalable operating model.
