Ocusell to launch AI-assisted listing tools inside OneKey MLS
The List product will autopopulate up to 70 listing fields, reorder photos, and run built-in rule checks to reduce agent errors before listings go active.
Ocusell plans to roll out its List product inside OneKey MLS, a multiple listing service serving about 42,000 subscribers across the New York area, HousingWire reports. OneKey MLS is based in Farmingdale, New York, and the deployment is intended to give members access to faster listing input and AI-assisted workflow tools within the MLS system itself.
List can autopopulate as many as 70 listing form fields, reorder photos using a “natural walkthrough” flow, and run built-in rule checks to flag potential errors prior to a listing becoming active. The product also includes optional AI tools that generate public remarks for listings, aimed at reducing back-and-forth over compliance issues and lowering the volume of user-error tickets for MLS staff.
OneKey MLS described the implementation as part of a broader effort to consolidate listing tools and add automation without forcing agents to use multiple platforms. The implementation includes a custom toolkit designed to better ingest and manage Manhattan listings, where high concentrations of co-ops, condos, and multi-family buildings can require more detailed unit- and building-level data structures.
According to HousingWire, OneKey MLS said it was the second MLS to sign on to Ocusell, adding that it saw value in simplifying the listing workflow while eliminating unnecessary work for agents. The rollout also reflects industry efforts toward single-point data entry and AI assistance inside MLS platforms as compliance rules tighten and staffing constraints continue.
