Aconcagua Group secures $35M construction loan for Casa Princeton Phase III
The Phase III work will add a 162-unit eight-story building and a two-story structured parking garage, bringing Casa Princeton to 374 units.
Aconcagua Group has secured a $35 million construction loan for the third and final phase of Casa Princeton, a multifamily community in Princeton, Florida, according to ConnectCRE.
S3 Capital provided the financing, and Berkadia arranged the loan with a team led by Charles Foschini and Christopher Apone. T&G Constructors, the general contractor for Phases I and II, will continue in the same role for Phase III.
Casa Princeton Phase III will include a 162-unit, eight-story building and a two-story structured parking garage, expanding the community’s total to 374 units. The development will offer one- and two-bedroom apartments and add to shared amenities including a clubhouse and event space, co-working areas, a swimming pool, fitness center, playground, dog park, and landscaped outdoor areas.
ConnectCRE said the first two phases total 212 units, with Phase I delivered and stabilized, and Phase II delivered in March 2026 and currently about 40% leased.
