Class Valuation buys Allstate Appraisal to expand valuation services
Financial terms were not disclosed, and Allstate Appraisal will continue operating with its existing team while adding Class Valuation’s technology platform.
Class Valuation has acquired Illinois-based Allstate Appraisal, the companies announced, as part of Class Valuation’s strategy to bring established valuation firms into its organization.
Allstate Appraisal will continue operating with its current team, while gaining access to Class Valuation’s technology platform, national infrastructure, and broader suite of valuation services.
The acquisition is designed to expand Class Valuation’s capabilities across residential and commercial valuations, appraisal reviews, and litigation support, among other specialized services.
Class Valuation did not disclose financial terms of the deal. HousingWire also noted separate housing market data analysis that showed pending sales falling in the Northeast and moving down or up in the Midwest depending on the time frame.
