Credent Connect N Care SME IPO grey market premium signals 23% pop
After bidding ended on Aug. 17, market observers pegged the grey market premium at ₹45, implying roughly a 23% listing gain versus the IPO upper price band of ₹189.
Credent Connect N Care Ltd, an Ashish Kacholia-owned healthcare company, is awaiting its IPO allotment status after bidding closed on Aug. 17, 2026.
Under India’s T+3 listing rule, the shares are expected to list within three days, with the most likely listing date cited as Aug. 20, 2026, according to LiveMint Markets.
The LiveMint Markets piece said the IPO received subscriptions of more than 140 times its size, and the grey market premium was indicated at ₹45, which would place a potential listing gain at around 23% compared with the ₹189 upper price band.
The outlet also noted that KFin Technologies is the IPO registrar and that applicants can check allotment status online via the NSE or the registrar’s website.
