Jubilant Ingrevia to buy 40% of Zettaone Technologies for ₹189.2 crore
The deal is set to close in two tranches, with the first expected by November 2026 and the second by September 2027.
Jubilant Ingrevia said its shares are expected to be in focus on Wednesday, August 19, after the company entered into a binding agreement to acquire a 40% strategic stake in Zettaone Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. for ₹189.2 crore, according to LiveMint Markets.
Under the proposed transaction terms, Zettaone Technologies will become an associate company of Jubilant Ingrevia upon completion. The acquisition is expected to be completed in two tranches, with the first closing targeted for November 2026 and the second closing targeted for September 2027.
Zettaone Technologies is described as an electronics design and manufacturing platform with integrated capabilities across electronics and semiconductor-related work, spanning R&D, design and prototyping, manufacturing, assembly, and box build. Its engineering solutions are used in sectors including aerospace, defence, semiconductors, automotive, medical, and industrial applications, the outlet reported.
Jubilant Ingrevia’s leadership framed the investment as aligned with its Pinnacle growth strategy and aimed at strengthening its position in the electronics development and manufacturing services, or EDMS, space, LiveMint Markets said. The company also indicated the transaction would support an integrated offering across the electronics and semiconductor sector.
