Securitize launches tokenized high-yield bond fund with Neuberger Berman

The Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund, HINC, is available on Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana, and Sui.

Securitize announced the launch of the Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund, known as HINC, a tokenized high-yield bond fund in partnership with Neuberger Berman.

According to The Block, the fund is designed to generate risk-adjusted returns by investing primarily in high-yield bonds and other income-producing fixed-income instruments, with Neuberger Berman serving as subadvisor.

Securitize said HINC will be available to eligible investors across four blockchain networks, Avalanche, Ethereum, Solana, and Sui, as the firm expands efforts to move traditional fixed-income strategies onchain.

The Block also noted that Securitize last month became a registered investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and its subsidiary Securitize Capital LLC is intended to help the firm work more closely with asset managers and institutional investors on tokenized strategies.
