World Liberty says it does not control AI model platform WorldClaw
WorldClaw routes access to more than 300 AI models, accepts payments in USD1 and WLFI tokens, and bars users in both the United States and China under its terms of service, according to CoinDesk.
World Liberty Financial, a Trump-linked issuer of the USD1 stablecoin, says it does not own or operate Hong Kong AI aggregator WorldClaw after questions about model access and the companies connection, CoinDesk reports.
According to CoinDesk, WorldClaw routes access to more than 300 AI models from U.S. and Chinese developers, and accepts payments in USD1 and WLFI tokens. The platform also bars users in both the United States and China under its terms of service.
World Liberty told CoinDesk that WorldClaw is independent and that it does not control which artificial intelligence models the platform offers. World Liberty spokesman David Wachsman said WorldClaw is not owned or operated by World Liberty Financial and that the platform uses USD1 as a payment rail.
While World Liberty declined to detail any financial ties between the two businesses, CoinDesk notes prior reporting raised concerns about World Liberty’s undisclosed business links, including that it borrowed heavily against its own token on the Dolomite lending protocol. Reuters previously reported on World Liberty’s links to WorldClaw and the availability of Chinese-developed models on the platform.
