Tidalwave expands mortgage AI platform, hires two mortgage veterans
The company says its platform is live with 22 lenders, processed 26,000 applications in July, and targets 4% of U.S. originations by year end.
Tidalwave, an agentic artificial intelligence platform for mortgage origination, has added two mortgage industry veterans as it expands among large lenders, according to HousingWire.
Rebecca Frisbie joins as principal of the mortgage platform after previously leading the Encompass document platform at ICE Mortgage Technology, while Zac Basile comes in as director of national sales after roles at Polly and Oracle, HousingWire reported.
Tidalwave said 22 lenders are now live on its platform, and it processed 26,000 loan applications in July. The company also stated it is on track to power 4% of U.S. mortgage originations by the end of the year.
HousingWire also noted that Tidalwave reported a 100% customer retention rate over the past year, with all customers that reached renewal renewing their contracts, as lenders seek to automate origination to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
