Unknown projectile strikes vessel in Strait of Hormuz, UKMTO says

UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) said it received a report of an incident in the Strait of Hormuz. According to the agency, the company security officer reported that a vessel was struck by an unknown projectile while transiting the critical waterway outbound.
UKMTO said the impact caused damage to the engine room and resulted in a crew casualty. The agency added that the remaining crew are being assisted by the Oman coast guard.
