American Airlines plans seat-back screens for every narrow-body seat

New York Times Business reports that American Airlines announced a plan to bring seat-back screens to every seat on its narrow-body aircraft fleet.

The carrier said the rollout will include screens at each seat and add to its premium seating offerings, as part of a broader customer experience pivot.
