Colliers hires Jonathan Klear to expand Greater Philadelphia industrial team
Klear will focus on leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and sales, after completing transactions totaling over 25 million square feet and $550 million in volume.
Colliers announced that Jonathan Klear has joined the firm’s Greater Philadelphia region as executive vice president, adding depth to its industrial brokerage platform in one of the region’s most active industrial markets.
ConnectCRE reports that Klear has more than 18 years of experience advising industrial owners, occupiers, and investors across Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
In his new role, he will focus on the leasing, acquisition, disposition, and sale of industrial properties.
ConnectCRE adds that Klear’s prior work includes transactions totaling more than 25 million square feet and $550 million in transaction volume, serving institutional, regional, and private clients.
