Kidder Mathews expands into Dallas with six-broker team
The firm says its new Dallas-Fort Worth office will be its first in Texas, led by former Edge Capital Markets co-founders.
Kidder Mathews is expanding into the Dallas, Texas market, adding six brokers to an investment sales team that will serve the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex, ConnectCRE reports.
Mart Martindale, Brandon Beeson, Wilson Stafford, John David Cobb, and Claire Schmeltekopf will join the team, with Barrett Jones added as a healthcare tenant advisory specialist.
The firm says the Dallas move marks its first entry into Texas and brings its footprint to 20 offices across six states.
ConnectCRE adds that Martindale, Beeson, Stafford, Cobb, and Schmeltekopf have completed more than $3.5 billion in transactions and valued more than $20 billion in assets, with clients including KeyBank and EPR Properties Trust, among others.
