Lathrop GPM relocates Washington, D.C. team to new 7,000 sf office

The firm downsized from nearly 16,000 square feet at the Watergate as part of a cost reduction effort, with Newmark handling representation in the deal.

Lathrop GPM LLP has relocated its Washington, D.C. team to a new 7,000-square-foot office on the 10th floor of 1015 15th Street NW, according to ConnectCRE.

The move is led by Frank Sciremammano, partner in charge of the firm’s D.C. office, who said the new space is designed to offer a modern, flexible environment for team members and clients in the central business district.

ConnectCRE reports the law firm, based in Kansas City, downsized as part of the transition from nearly 16,000 square feet at the Watergate.

Newmark represented Lathrop in the new office space deal, and the firm said it has relocated 10 regional offices over the past several years to reduce overall costs.
