PCCP and RPM Living Investments buy a 358-unit Arlington multifamily asset

The 2021-built property totals 358 units averaging 807 square feet, with 4,900 square feet of ground-floor retail occupied by Nehemiah Coffee Company.

ConnectCRE reports that a joint venture between PCCP and RPM Living Investments acquired Truman at Arlington Commons, a four-story multifamily community at 505 E Lamar Boulevard in Arlington, Texas.

The property, developed and owned by The Nehemiah Company, was built in 2021 and contains 358 units with floorplans ranging from 576 to 1,594 square feet. Select units include 14-foot ceiling heights, while the community also features 10-foot ceilings.

ConnectCRE says the asset has 4,900 square feet of ground-floor retail that is occupied by Nehemiah Coffee Company.

The report also notes that Truman at Arlington Commons sits in North Arlington with direct access to Interstate 30 and proximity to major local destinations, including AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, and Texas Live!.
