Prudential Hong Kong leases 83,000 sq ft in Swire Properties towers
The insurer plans a consolidation that Swire Properties says will lift its floor area by a double-digit percentage.
Prudential Hong Kong has agreed to lease headquarters space at Swire Properties buildings, One Taikoo Place and One Island East, expanding its office footprint in the city, according to Swire Properties.
Under the agreement, Prudential Hong Kong will occupy a total of 83,000 sq ft across the two towers, Swire Properties said in a statement on Wednesday.
Swire Properties said the consolidation is expected to deliver a double-digit percentage increase in floor area, and a spokesman added that the expansion is intended to improve the employee experience while positioning the insurer for its next phase of growth, SCMP Economy reported.
