Brands by Integra expands in Florida with two brokerage acquisitions

HousingWire reports that Brands by Integra has expanded its Florida footprint through acquisitions of Century 21 Jim White & Associates in the Tampa Bay area and Coldwell Banker Home Lovers Realty in Miami.

The new purchases add established local brokerage teams to Brands by Integra's network, which is continuing growth across 19 states and is led by the D’Amico family.

Century 21 Jim White & Associates has operated in Treasure Island since opening its office in 1983, serving buyers and sellers in the greater Tampa Bay area with experience in residential, waterfront, and luxury real estate.

Coldwell Banker Home Lovers Realty serves residential clients throughout South Florida and offers services in both English and Spanish, and the combined transactions add to Brands by Integra’s network of more than 70 offices.
