JPMorgan Chase opens flagship Magnificent Mile branch in Chicago

The 11,765 square foot site combines a modern Chase branch with the first co-located J.P. Morgan Financial Center in Chicago, and expands banking and advisory access on the Magnificent Mile.

JPMorgan Chase celebrated the grand opening of a new two-story location on Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, bringing together a modern Chase branch and the city’s first co-located J.P. Morgan Financial Center at 830 N. Michigan Avenue, across the street from the historic Water Tower.

ConnectCRE said the 11,765 square foot site offers banking, personalized financial planning, lending, and investment guidance, as part of JPMorganChase’s effort to expand access to financial services and personalized advice across the country.

The firm also highlighted its scale in Chicago, where it operates 265 branches, serves more than 4.3 million consumer customers and 400,000 small business customers across Chicagoland, and employs more than 14,000 people locally.

JPMorganChase noted that in July it opened 11 branches nationwide and renovated 38 branches, and it is on track to open more than 160 new branches and renovate nearly 600 locations in 2026.
