Kidder Mathews adds six brokers to launch Dallas office
The firm said the Dallas-Fort Worth office will be its first in Texas and plans to expand into asset services and valuation advisory beyond brokerage.
Connect Commercial Real Estate reports that Kidder Mathews is expanding into Dallas, Texas, adding six brokers to launch a new office.
The incoming team includes Mart Martindale, Brandon Beeson, Wilson Stafford, John David Cobb, and Claire Schmeltekopf for an investment sales effort, and Barrett Jones as a healthcare tenant advisory specialist.
The move marks Kidder Mathews first entry into Texas and expands its footprint to 20 offices across six states, with the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex as the initial service area.
According to ConnectCRE, the new office will be led by former Edge Capital Markets co-founders Mart Martindale, Brandon Beeson, and Wilson Stafford, and the firm plans to add Asset Services and Valuation Advisory teams.
