InsurConnect launches a ChatGPT app for Texas property agent matching
The directory lists more than 234,000 licensed agents and 16,000 agencies in Texas, with data updated weekly and consent-based referral sharing.
InsurConnect, a Texas insurance agent directory run by ACE Agents, has launched an app for ChatGPT that lets consumers search for licensed property and casualty agents by location, coverage need, carrier, language, and rating, according to Coverager.
The app can generate a connection request, and after a user provides explicit TCPA consent it shares the consumer’s information with the selected agent, while users can also submit opt-out requests through ChatGPT.
InsurConnect says its database combines Texas Department of Insurance licensing records with public business information and consumer reviews, and it includes more than 234,000 licensed agents and 16,000 agencies across 799 Texas cities, with directory data updated weekly.
Coverager reports the service is free for consumers, while agencies can pay for enhanced placement and qualified referrals, and InsurConnect says it does not operate as an insurance agency, quote coverage, or sell insurance.
