Newmark arranges about $45.9M FHA financing for two Grand Junction rentals
The financing was structured as HUD Section 223(f) loans arranged on behalf of Four Points Funding, for Nexus Apartments and The Eddy Apartments.
ConnectCRE reports that Newmark arranged approximately $45.9 million in FHA-insured financing for two newly developed, Class A multifamily communities in Grand Junction, Colorado.
The deal covers Nexus Apartments, a 122-unit property completed in 2024, and The Eddy Apartments, a 96-unit community completed in 2022 along the Colorado River.
According to ConnectCRE, Newmark arranged the HUD Section 223(f) financings for the borrower, Four Points Funding, which developed both projects.
The report describes Nexus as a mix of walk-up apartment buildings and townhome-style residences, while The Eddy includes riverfront-trail access and amenities supported through a shared-use agreement with the adjacent Camp Eddy RV park.
