Noldor names Tom Anderson Head of Sales to expand US, Lloyd’s markets

Anderson joins from KatRisk, where he led go-to-market strategy, sales teams, and partnerships aimed at growing ARR and new business adoption.

Noldor, an insurtech company focused on turning fragmented insurance data into a tool for the programme marketplace, has appointed Tom Anderson as Head of Sales.

In the role, Anderson will build and lead Noldor’s sales organization as the firm expands across the US, Lloyd’s, and London company markets. The company said he brings two decades of insurtech sales leadership experience covering broker and agency platforms, carrier and London market underwriting systems, reinsurance solutions, and programme data technology.

Before joining Noldor, Anderson came from KatRisk, where he served as Vice President of Sales and was responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategy, building scalable sales teams, and forging strategic partnerships to accelerate ARR and new business adoption. Earlier experience includes Sales Director for Major Accounts at Carpe Data and Vice President of Sales for Risk Data and Services at Swiss Re.

Noldor’s co-founder and CEO Scott Quiana said Anderson’s experience selling to brokers placing programme business, MGAs underwriting it, carriers, and reinsurers is important for a platform that aims to connect those parties through shared data. Anderson added that he expects firms that solve delegated authority-related data challenges first to scale, and said Noldor provides carriers and MGAs timely, consistent, decision-ready data.
