One Orchard launches InfraMed platform seeded with 25-asset portfolio
The healthcare infrastructure platform is structured around acquiring and operating medical outpatient facilities leased to healthcare systems and specialty care providers.
One Orchard, a New York City-based investment firm and holding company, has launched to concentrate capital into fully integrated, proprietary real asset platforms, according to ConnectCRE.
Alongside the firm’s debut, One Orchard introduced its first investment and operating platform, InfraMed Properties, which targets healthcare infrastructure. The strategy focuses on acquiring and managing critical medical outpatient facilities leased to healthcare systems and specialty care providers.
InfraMed is seeded with a 25-asset portfolio and formed in partnership with REDICO, a vertically integrated real estate investment, development, and operating company with a 60-year track record and healthcare experience, ConnectCRE said.
One Orchard’s investment in InfraMed is supported by its institutional limited partners led by Pantheon, a global private markets investor with $84 billion in assets under management, according to ConnectCRE.
