The cyber risk intelligence firm, a tenant since 2023, will continue occupying a full floor at 1140 Ave. of the Americas totaling 8,475 square feet, after the five-year renewal.
SecurityScorecard, a cyber risk management firm, has signed a five-year renewal for its full-floor Midtown Manhattan headquarters at 1140 Ave. of the Americas, according to ConnectCRE.
The company has been a tenant since 2023 and occupies 8,475 square feet across a full floor that includes a private outdoor terrace and collaborative workspace.
In the leasing negotiations, the landlord was represented by the Cushman & Wakefield team led by Josh Kuriloff, Matthias Li, Heather Thomas, Pierce Hance and Nicole Estevez.
JLL Managing Director Valentin Stobetsky represented SecurityScorecard, and said the building offers a premier Midtown location, strong transit access, modern amenities and a full-floor office with an expansive private outdoor terrace designed to support the company’s next phase of growth.
