India IPOs slated from 24 August as Skyways Air raises from anchors
Skyways Air’s IPO price band is ₹131 to ₹138 per share, and it raised ₹174.5 crore from anchor investors ahead of subscription.
India’s upcoming IPO slate includes Symbiotec Pharmalab, Hy-Tech Engineers, and Skyways Air, with subscriptions beginning on 24 August for the first three deals, according to LiveMint Markets. Several other listings also fall within the same window, including Annu Projects on 25 August and Lumino Industries on 27 August.
Skyways Air Services will open for subscription on 24 August and close on 27 August. The company set its IPO price band at ₹131 to ₹138 per share, planning a fresh issue of up to 2.89 crore equity shares and an offer for sale of up to 1.33 crore shares by promoters and existing shareholders, LiveMint Markets reported. The logistics firm also raised ₹174.5 crore from anchor investors ahead of the offering.
Symbiotec Pharmalab, which will also run from 24 August to 27 August, has set a price band of ₹938 to ₹988 per equity share. The pharma and biotech company plans a fresh issue worth up to ₹150 crore and an offer for sale of up to ₹1,607 crore, and it raised ₹526 crore from anchor investors, according to LiveMint Markets.
Hy-Tech Engineers will open on 24 August and close on 27 August with a ₹50 to ₹53 price band, after reducing its fresh issue size to ₹60 crore from ₹70 crore previously proposed, while increasing the offer for sale component to nearly 1.43 crore shares. LiveMint Markets also noted that Skyways Air’s grey market premium was +43, implying an estimated listing price of ₹181, or 31% above the upper end of the price band, based on the article’s calculation.
