Ondas boosts 2026 revenue guidance after reporting $83.8M Q2 sales

Ondas said its pro forma backlog rose to $757M at June 30 and expects to exit 2026 with a $1B annualized revenue run rate.

Ondas (NASDAQ: ONDS) said it delivered $83.8 million in revenue in the second quarter, more than thirteen times the year-ago level, and used the results to lift full-year guidance, according to Yahoo Finance. Management also pointed to backlog growth and guided an exit from 2026 at a $1 billion annualized revenue run rate.

The company reported that revenue rose 67% sequentially, while organic growth, excluding acquisitions, was about 85% year over year. Ondas raised its 2026 revenue target to a range of $525 million to $550 million and guided third-quarter revenue of $140 million to $155 million, implying roughly 73% sequential growth at the midpoint.

Ondas attributed the outlook to demand reflected in its backlog and pipeline. Pro forma backlog stood at $757 million on June 30, up 66% sequentially from $457 million at the end of the first quarter, and the two-year strategic pipeline surpassed $11 billion, more than 2.5 times what it was in May.

In the quarter, Ondas booked $175 million of new orders and said it had captured about $105 million more in the third quarter to date. It also highlighted large year-over-year growth across units, including Sentrycs up about 298%, 4M’s up 258%, and Airobotics up 112%, while Rotron booked $34.2 million of orders in the quarter. Yahoo Finance also noted Ondas reported cash and short-term investments of $1.4 billion, up from $616 million at end-2025, leaving room to spend $325 million in the third quarter.
