ACORD adds Lloyd’s and Nationwide executives to board

LMA operations leader Joe Brace has served since April 2025, while Nationwide P&C business performance head Jennifer Kyung has led shared operations and services in that role since April 2025.

ACORD, the global standards-setting body for the insurance industry, named Lloyd’s Market Association operations director Joe Brace and Nationwide P&C leader Jennifer Kyung to its Board of Directors, adding new directors from across the insurance industry.

Brace has served as Operations Director of the Lloyd’s Market Association since April 2025, where he supports LMA members’ interests in market modernization and digitisation efforts, including contributions to shared central services used by LMA members.

Kyung brings more than 30 years of experience in property and casualty insurance, and she has been Head of the P&C Business Performance Office at Nationwide since April 2025, leading shared operations and services, sales business solutions, risk management, and performance standards and data.

ACORD Chief Operating Officer Tanya Krochta said the new board appointments reflect leadership from across the ACORD community as the organization and its incoming CEO, John Kellington, work to shape a digital future for the industry.
