Augmont Enterprises IPO books 9.42 times as grey market GMP hits ₹390
The issue, priced at a level implied by the current GMP, could debut around ₹1,178, a 49.5% premium, based on grey market signals.
Augmont Enterprises' IPO is drawing strong demand as the share sale heads toward its subscription close on Tuesday, 25 August, with the book build subscribed 9.42 times by 1 PM on day two, according to LiveMint Markets.
On the same cut, the retail portion was booked 9.18 times and the non-institutional investors segment was subscribed 20.18 times, while the qualified institutional buyers segment had been booked 1.85 times.
Grey market sources tracked by LiveMint Markets put the IPO's grey market premium, or GMP, at ₹390, implying a potential listing price of ₹1,178, about 49.5% above the issue price.
The company is described in its IPO filing as an integrated gold and silver platform with operations across 24 states as of 31 March 2026, spanning procurement and refining, bullion trading, digital gold, jewellery manufacturing, international sales, and gold backed financial services.
