Circle Realty signs 37,600 sq ft of leases at 14 Penn Plaza

Two of the biggest tenants include Bohler Engineering, which expanded to 14,000 square feet on a 10-year lease at $67 per square foot, and T&M USA, which took 14,000 square feet.

Circle Realty Group has closed on 37,600 square feet of new leases at 225 West 34th Street, also known as 14 Penn Plaza, in Midtown, Commercial Observer reports.

The two largest deals at the building were for Bohler Engineering, which expanded from 8,000 square feet to 14,000 square feet. Bohler signed a 10-year lease, and the building’s asking rent was $67 per square foot, according to Circle Realty.

Cybersecurity firm T&M USA also took 14,000 square feet at 14 Penn Plaza, though the length of its lease was not clear. Circle Realty President Jay Futersak said the tenants were drawn to the property’s location at the center of transportation and its positioning as a first-class building.

Smaller recent leases included Calibre CPA Group, which signed a 10-year, 6,100-square-foot lease as it relocated from 462 Seventh Avenue, and Fitapelli & Schaffer, which is relocating from 20 Liberty Street on a new 3,514-square-foot lease. Commercial Observer reports that brokers for these transactions included Kaufman Leasing and Colliers, but did not provide additional comments beyond that at the time of publication.
