JLL completes about 80,000 SF of new leases at Iselin office

The leasing includes 28,000 square feet to TP ICAP, 32,000 square feet to a government finance department, and 20,000 square feet to Citco Funds.

JLL has completed approximately 80,000 square feet of new leasing at 170 Wood Ave. in Iselin, New Jersey, acting on behalf of Argent Ventures, according to ConnectCRE.

The space is tied to the repositioning of an eight-story, 235,077-square-foot Class A office building in the Metropark corporate campus, which was originally developed as New Jersey headquarters for Siemens.

ConnectCRE says the recent activity includes a 28,000-square-foot full-floor lease to TP ICAP, a 32,000-square-foot full-floor lease to a government finance department, and a 20,000-square-foot lease to Citco Funds, a global hedge fund administrator.

JLL says its team, led by executive managing director Tim Greiner, managing director Michael Pietrowicz, and VP Alex Crane, served as exclusive leasing agent for the property and represented ownership in each of the transactions.
