Paluck Technologies IPO opens Aug. 28 on BSE SME with ₹46-48 band
The ₹33 crore BSE SME offer includes anchor investor, QIB, and non-institutional allocations and plans to use proceeds for new RMC machinery and DG sets.
Paluck Technologies, a Gurugram-based diversified engineering services company serving retail and corporate customers across telecom and construction sectors, has announced key terms for its initial public offering on the BSE SME platform.
The IPO is scheduled to open for subscription on Friday, August 28, 2026, and will run until Tuesday, September 1, 2026. The company is offering 68,76,000 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each, priced in a band of ₹46 to ₹48 per share, aiming to raise ₹33 crore.
The issue includes an anchor investor portion of up to 19,56,000 equity shares, allocations of up to 13,08,000 shares to qualified institutional buyers, non-institutional allocation of not less than 9,81,000 shares, and individual investor allocation of not less than 22,86,000 shares, with 3,45,000 shares reserved for the market maker. Anchor bidding is set for Thursday, August 27, 2026.
Paluck Technologies said net proceeds will be used partly to fund capital expenditure for new Ready-Mix Concrete machinery and DG sets, and partly for prepayment or repayment of certain outstanding borrowings, as well as working capital and general corporate purposes, according to LiveMint Markets.
