Shein plans Hong Kong IPO targeting up to $1.8 billion
The retailer’s IPO filing says it aims to raise the equivalent of $13.9 billion Hong Kong dollars, and the offer size implies a valuation far below its 2022 level.
Shein is planning an initial public offering in Hong Kong that targets raising up to 13.86 billion Hong Kong dollars, the equivalent of about $1.77 billion, according to a filing reported by CNBC World.
The filing, dated Monday, indicates the company is pursuing a smaller valuation than its 2022 level, CNBC World said.
