Trammell Crow completes Sprouts HQ within Phoenix CityNorth development
The 8-acre mixed-use project features a 145,000-square-foot Class A office building and a 25,000-square-foot flagship grocery store, with the grocery opening to the public last month.
Trammell Crow Company has completed a new 8-acre mixed-use development in Phoenix anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market, according to ConnectCRE.
The project includes a 145,000-square-foot Class A office building designed to serve as Sprouts Farmers Market’s new corporate headquarters, along with a 25,000-square-foot flagship grocery store and roughly 11,000 square feet of additional retail space.
The grocery store opened to the public last month, and the headquarters office building is now complete and ready for occupancy. The CityNorth development is located near 56th Street and Loop 101.
ConnectCRE also said the headquarters was planned to support collaboration, innovation, and team member wellness, with amenities such as a community garden, rooftop deck, fitness center, and culinary kitchens, and named project partners including U.S. Realty Advisors, RSP Architects, Wespac Construction, Keyser, and JLL.
