Bitcoin spot ETFs add $314.4 million, narrowing 2026 outflows
The ETFs have pulled in 7 straight sessions of net inflows, with August inflows totaling $3.03 billion and year-to-date net outflows down to $2.26 billion.
Cointelegraph reports that US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds extended a streak of net inflows to seven straight trading days on Tuesday, pulling in $314.4 million in net inflows.
The latest run has pushed August inflows to $3.03 billion, leaving the funds $390 million short of October 2025’s inflow total with four trading sessions remaining. Cointelegraph also cites SoSoValue data showing year-to-date net outflows narrowed by more than half to $2.26 billion.
Total net assets reached $99.05 billion, while cumulative net inflows rose to $54.36 billion. At publishing time, Bitcoin traded near $78,880, down 2% over the past 24 hours, and had briefly surged above $80,000 earlier in the session.
Cointelegraph added that US spot Ether ETFs also sustained a seven-day inflow streak, adding $179.8 million on Tuesday for roughly $1 billion in inflows over the period, according to SoSoValue data. The Crypto Fear and Greed Index fell to 65 from 74 but stayed in “Greed” territory, per Alternative.me.
