City Realty buys Coolidge Corner mixed-use portfolio for $23M
The nine-building portfolio has 49 residential units and 65,000 square feet of combined commercial space, and it is 96% occupied.
City Realty is expanding its Brookline holdings after buying a nine-building mixed-use portfolio in the Coolidge Corner area for $23 million from Ramon Realty, according to Colliers, which brokered the deal. The properties, known as the Coolidge Corner Collection, include 49 residential units and three commercial spaces totaling 65K SF. Colliers said the portfolio is 96% occupied, with buildings located at 223 and 229 to 231 St. Paul St., 26 to 28 Browne St., 395 to 397 Harvard St., 7 Naples Road, and 1343 Beacon St. Colliers also listed its deal team representing the seller, including Frank Petz, Tim McGeary, Brett Curtis, and Matt Lombardi.
