Lincoln Property sells final two Park303 logistics buildings for $170.3M
Nuveen bought the two remaining buildings in Glendale, Arizona, completing Lincoln’s four-building Park303 logistics campus.
Lincoln Property Company has sold the last two buildings in its four-building Park303 logistics development in Glendale, Arizona for $170,250,000, according to ConnectCRE.
The buyer was Nuveen, and the transaction is described as the highest two-building sale price in Arizona history.
Park303 spans 210 acres and totals 3.75 million square feet, with the overall campus positioned as a LEED-certified logistics development.
ConnectCRE notes that Park303 Phase 1 was completed in late 2020 and is fully occupied under a long-term lease by Walmart, while Lincoln completed the final building sales with representation from Cushman & Wakefield.
