MetroStar signs 37,844-square-foot lease at Reston Town Center
The company plans to relocate its Northern Virginia office to the new Reston headquarters in 2027 after moving from 1856 Old Reston Avenue.
MetroStar Systems LLC, a Reston-based government IT contractor focused on defense and national security agencies, has signed a 37,844-square-foot lease at Reston Town Center, according to ConnectCRE.
The new office, secured by JLL, is set to be located at 12010 Sunset Hills Road in Reston, Virginia. BXP, the building owner, represented itself in the transaction, the outlet reported.
MetroStar plans to relocate its Northern Virginia office to the new space in 2027 from its current location at 1856 Old Reston Avenue. The nine-story building sits near the Reston Town Center Metro station and includes amenities such as a fitness center.
ConnectCRE also said the lease is part of MetroStar’s broader national growth plans and follows its acquisition by Veritas Capital in late 2025. JLL executives Jay Farmer and Steve Burman represented MetroStar in the deal.
