Michael Parrish joins Aon Guernsey as Executive Director
Parrish will lead in a role focused on Aon Guernsey’s captive management business, after previously serving at Marsh Management Services in Bermuda.
Industry veteran Michael Parrish has joined Aon Guernsey, the Channel Islands operation of Aon, as Executive Director, according to Reinsurance News.
Parrish brings more than 30 years of experience spanning captive insurance, alternative risk financing, risk management, and insurance consulting, with a career that includes advising multinational organisations on captive strategy, feasibility, implementation, governance, and ongoing management.
Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Client Service Leader at Marsh Management Services in Bermuda, where he led a portfolio of strategic captive clients and oversaw client service delivery, governance, operational performance, and multidisciplinary teams.
A spokesperson said Aon is “delighted” to have Parrish on board, adding that his experience and leadership will support efforts to grow and strengthen the firm’s captive management business.
