Steadfast lifts FY2026 underlying revenue to AU$2.10 billion
Underlying NPAT rose 8.2% to AU$319.5 million, while Steadfast said its broker-hubbing strategy supported operating efficiencies.
Australian insurance broker network Steadfast Group reported underlying revenue of AU$2.10 billion for FY2026, up 15.3% year over year, alongside a 7.1% increase in underlying NPATA to AU$366.3 million, according to Reinsurance News.
The company said underlying EBITTA rose 13.8% to AU$669.8 million, and underlying diluted earnings per share increased 7.7% to 28.8 cents. Underlying NPAT climbed 8.2% to AU$319.5 million, while statutory FY2026 NPAT was AU$269.1 million versus AU$334.9 million in FY2025, the outlet reported.
By segment, Steadfast Australasian Network brokers delivered gross written premium growth of 6.2% to AU$13.2 billion for FY2026, with underlying EBITTA up 13.2%, including 10.5% growth from acquisitions. Steadfast said its broker-hubbing strategy helped drive operating efficiencies and reduce cost duplication.
Steadfast Underwriting Agencies generated AU$2.5 billion of GWP for FY2026, up 2.3%, with underlying EBITTA of AU$260.8 million. Reinsurance News also noted that Steadfast recently entered into a Scheme Implementation Deed to acquire all issued shares of Steadfast at an enterprise value of approximately AU$7.7 billion as part of the related transaction.
