Veterans United names Jeremyah Grigery chief marketing officer

The CMO role gives Grigery oversight of long-term brand and marketing strategy across paid and organic channels as the lender focuses on educating veterans about VA home loan benefits.

Veterans United Home Loans has promoted Jeremyah Grigery, a longtime marketing leader, to chief marketing officer, the company announced Monday. Grigery will oversee long-term marketing strategy and brand development across both paid and organic channels, HousingWire reported.

As CMO, he will guide the evolution of Veterans United’s marketing organization with a mandate to strengthen the Veterans United brand and deepen engagement with veterans and military families. The outlet said the approach is aimed at balancing performance marketing with longer-term brand building to support the lender’s mission around VA home loan benefits.

Grigery joined the VA-focused lender in 2012 as an intern and most recently served as vice president of marketing prior to the promotion. HousingWire reported that he has been with the company for roughly 14 years and helped build what it described as one of the nation’s largest mortgage marketing operations.

Veterans United cited Department of Veterans Affairs data in its announcement, saying it has been the top VA purchase lender for 10 straight fiscal years. The company also reportedly closed more than $26 billion in loans in fiscal year 2025, according to VA statistics cited by HousingWire.
