Strong Tower Insurance partners with Outmarket AI platform

Strong Tower Insurance Group, an independent insurance brokerage and risk management firm based in Gilbert, Arizona, has partnered with Outmarket AI to use the company’s AI platform for insurance operations.

According to Coverager, Strong Tower will use Outmarket for quote and policy comparisons, coverage gap analysis, certificate of insurance generation, and proposal creation across commercial, benefits, personal lines, and specialty insurance.

Outmarket says its automated certificate of insurance process can reduce turnaround time from 3.5 days to three hours, aiming to speed up document generation for customers.
